In 1996 Volker Stevin entered into a "Partnership" with the Government of Alberta to be the Highway Maintenance Contractor for the highway network in southern Alberta and, as a result, has created our Highway Maintenance Division.

Our responsibility is for the safe passage of the people, goods and services, as well as the preservation of the infrastructure on Alberta's highways. We now also provide the same services to numerous municipal road authorities and private clients greatly extending our expertise in ensuring Alberta's citizens and visitors' safe and comfortable road travel.
